User – a person who voluntarily uses the services available on the Website, i.e., browses the Service’s pages or contacts the owner of the Service via the Contact Form.
Data Processing – any operation performed on personal data, such as collecting, modifying, archiving, or deleting data.

The provisions of this Policy apply to all persons using the Service and its provided services, in particular to those who contact the Service’s staff via the Contact Form or request a quote.

Users’ personal data is processed for the following purposes:

to create a User Account within the Service,
to send a purchase and delivery quote for a product to a location specified by the User upon request,
to fulfill orders placed by the User.

Providing personal data is necessary due to the specific nature of the services offered by the Service. The execution of such services — such as preparing a purchase quote and delivering a product to the indicated address — cannot be anonymous.
